(Solved) Email Alert not working ?

I expected an email alert today for the upcoming F1 practice next Saturday. This has been working fine for the previous Grand Prix. I have tested the email address and all seems well.
Is there a problem ?

Does your webif EPG & RS EPG show data for next Saturday?

If not it might be related to intermittent failures by C4 and related channels to supply data on time or this recently reported problem https://hummy.tv/forum/threads/webif-web-interface-1-4-x.7712/page-5#post-113409

My WebIf EPG & RS EPG are fully populated for next Saturday (I can see F1 Qualifying listed on channel 4/4hd) and there is no sign of the problem the link refers to.

I set another reminder yesterday (death in paradise) and, doing a 'Show matching events', there were 5 but still no email today.



Does something need resetting ?

I have had no emails since Friday. I have alerts that virtually guarantees an email for at least one of my boxes every day.

It should be fixed now and emails will arrive shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience that was a side-effect of a security update to the server software.
