Can anyone point me to an idiots guide to removing this filter

I have not seen one posted anywhere yet, but a number of forum members have done this (myself included), and it does involves quite a bit of dismantling work, and took me around 30 minutes to complete.
The end result is well worth it, but I have not yet got round to doing my second box.
