Still getting failed recordings email even though recorder no longer exists (since 2020!)

Although this is purely cosmetic, felt it should be noted lest it indicates more sinister issue for wider user base.

The strange thing is that at the time there were a number of failed recordings but only this one persists beyond the life of the recorder.

To stop the alerts, you should use your RS logon and then select "Settings" and click on "Remove Device".
