Still having "flatten" problems

Hi

Installed flatten via webif, but it has yet to work! Series-linked recordings are still being put into folders. I checked the OPT+ settings via webif (all OK I think) and even selected "do not flatten" just to see what would happen (got a flat tyre icon) and then reverted. So... what now?

Go to the WebIF diagnostics page and run diagnostic general from the drop-down list. Report the results (copy & paste into a
...
section).

>>> Beginning diagnostic general

PS don't know what this "into a
...
section" means

I see you've got it now, but at the top of the page click Help... BB Codes.

Mobile/tablet users have to input the formatting manually; non-mobile users will have a WYSIWYG edit window that includes the formatting options as a toolbar (and the option to switch to manual through a small icon at the extreme right of the toolbar - to switch back click the link below the edit window).

Blimey! It's OK. What did you do???
You had a directory missing from your Humax i.e. /mod/tmp, this directory is used by several Custom Firmware packages and is generated by most of them, however if flatten is installed before one of the 'other' uses of /mod/tmp you get this problem. Web-If >> Diagnostics >> general >> Run Diagnostic checked for missing files and generated it for you
