Subtitles not visible!

My understanding from discussions I have previously read on the old Humax forum is that recordings made on a 5000T, SD or HD, can only be played back on the same machine. But I may not have remembered it accurately.
I think you might be right - up to a point. The decrypted *.ts file should be playable anywhere. The bundle of the recording and sidecar files could be a problem.
 
After some trial and error I have discovered that I can copy a recorded programme from the 5000T in my living room onto a USB stick and when I plug that stick into the 5000T in my bedroom the programme DOES appear under 'Recordings' (it doesn't show under 'Media') and is playable! :)

Useful to know that a recorded StdDef programme from one 5000T is playable on another.
It probably would show up under Media if the files weren't in the .recordings folder on the USB stick.
