Good morning.... Noticed my apps were unavailable, so tried a reboot. Now cannot get past the "Difficulty connecting to Broadband" page. Tried rebooting the modem and all the options from the maintenance mode, tried inputting the ip's etc manually, but still won't connect. There are two blue lights showing. Can anyone help please. Tia.

Rebooting the modem/router won't help if the DTR isn't connecting to the network. Ethernet or WiFi? If Ethernet, direct or powerline (or something else)?

Go into the network configuration settings and ensure it is set to DHCP (only set a manual configuration once DHCP settings are proven).

Many thanks for your reply. This is a screenshot of the current settings ! Is this correct ?

These boxes don't have WiFi built in, and are intended to be connected via an Ethernet cable to your router. The Blue light on the right hand side means that broadband is connected.
 
Thanks Brian, yep been using a WiFi extender with ethernet cable for the last few years, and all was working fine.
 
Tried a different extender, and this has resolved the problem. Did Throw me a bit, as lights on existing were all Ok. Thanks for all your input 👍
