Thoroughly confused - please help

Hi folks,
I've been reading the excellent guides in the wiki but now I'm stuck. I started by installing CFW 1.03.32 because that's the latest and then found the i-Player didn't work. OK, when all else fails, read the instructions.
I updated the Humax firmware to 1.30.12 and, yea verily, my i-Player is working again. But now I want the advantages of CFW and it seems that to have i-Player I need to install HDR_FOX_T2_1.03.12_mod_3.00.zip
but the download fails every time I try it (Firefox, Win 7).
Can anyone offer a clue as to what I should do next?

Oh, don't you just love it when ...
After what seemed like about a dozen attempts to download the file, I posted the above and you can guess what happened. I've now got my Hummy in the best configuration for me (I think), using 1.03.12, hope I've not wasted too much of your time.

Works for me (Chrome, Win7/64).

What made you think 1.02.32 was the latest?

By the way, you did not need to install the standard firmware 1.03.12 first - CF3.00/1.03.12 would have done the whole job.
