Transferring recordings to PC

I'm running 0.8.5. Is this the latest version, if not how do I update it?

The latest version is 0.8.9, and can be updated from the Web Interface using the "Package Management" feature.

Ok managed to upgrade it (using the upgrade all as the list of packages to upgrade was empty).

No I have the option to download the file, but when I try it, it just hangs at 0% download - so is that now an IE issue?
