I have the Freesat app on my iPhone and iPad. I can set the app to record programmes without issue, but for some reason the remote control function within the app no longer operates, so I can’t play / pause etc with my phone or tablet and I used to be able change channels and play a recorded programme from the app. When I scan in the app it doesn’t seem to pick up the box, despite the box definitely being linked to the app. The box is connected via Ethernet cable and my phone and tablet are on the same wifi network as the box. I can still us the normal remote control. But just liked the additional functionality of phone / tablet control.
