unblock encryted channels

Hi i have a humax foxsat hdr and i have installed firmware 4.1.4 from raydon. I can find a mulitude of non freesat cgannels but tthy are blocked. Does anyone know how to open these channels. As a friend of mine has done it via their technomate box. Thanks Simon
 
You need a sky box and a suitable card (+ subscription) to view encrypted channels. You can only view free to air (unencrypted) channels.
