undelete package failing

I've started to have incidence of the undelete package failing, ie recordings fully deleting rather than being moved to the deleted folder. I have been fixing this by uninstalling and then reinstalling the package, but after a week or two the issue returns.

There is plenty if space on the hard drive so that is not the issue. I'm running custom firmware 2.18 on 1.02.32. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?

Has your box been crashing? as this has been known to stop certain packages from working.

Run the diagnostics fix-flash-packages and plugin_autodisable/off

No crashes that I've been aware of. I will run those diagnostics. Thanks for the suggestions.

You would have a "crash.log" on your webif diagnostics page.

Thanks again Brian. Sure enough the log shows it crashed at around 7 this morning which would have been when it was first turned on. Before that it crashed on Oct 15 and Sep 27. Before that it was April.

Do I need to be concerned about the crashes or is it par for the course?
