Updating EPG region in RS

Hi
When I look at the remote scheduling service I can see my EPG region as Wales (12368). The hummy actually receives North West (I can see this from the on the box guide).

I have tried updating this a couple of time using the diagnostic tool rs/epgpush but it doesn't update. I have also tried deleting a channel I don't want and can see an update in the RS log (Updated channel data.)

I will paste the long log from rs/epgpush below. The message database table is locked seems to be the problem so any ideas how to free the DB?

This means that your box is receiving channels from multiple regions which is usually a bad idea. Can you post the output of the rs/epgdump diagnostic or a screenshot of the Webif >> Diagnostics >> Channel Information page?

Having channels from multiple regions is almost always a bad idea and can cause problems with Accurate Recording amongst other things. The usual advice here is to retune manually (see http://hummy.tv/forum/threads/hdr-fox-t2-tuning-advice.472/page-2#post-5824 for the process). This will erase your recording schedule, so you should back it up first and restore afterwards (assuming custom firmware in use).

An alternative which might be worth a try is to install a firmware based on 1.02.32 which is reportedly better at the tuning process.
 
Thanks again af123. Thread followed without any problems, now all my channels are from Winter Hill. After running rs/chanpush and rs/epgpush I now have all the channels listed in RS and have the correct EPG region (North West (12330))

Scheduled saved thanks to the genius of the restore function :D
