Hi can anyone tell me if a Usb Hub can be used with a with a HDR i have tred an old one but it is Usb1.1 and makes the hummy hang at boot

Yes it is possible to use a USB hub, I would avoid the Pounland USB1.1 hubs, as they have been reported to cause problems in the past
