Web interface: incomplete view

For the record this happened to me yesterday.
I was able to connect via Telnet and FTP, RS was being updated every 10 minutes and the box was working fine (eg, able to view, record and play back).
I ran fixdisk (no problems found) and fixweb but no change. There was no webif-error.log.
This happened again this today - exactly 7 days since the last time. Not sure if it is relevant but the rs.log timed at 07:21 this morning shows:
Processing command 'schedule '
*Schedule 17664/18234/2/104/Channel 4 HD/1524833700/F1 Azerbaijan GP Practice 2 Live
*Trying source service/event ID.
_Found event - F1 Azerbaijan GP Practice 2 Live

Is there anything I can check before doing a reset and reinstalling again ?

I have looked at the page source of the working Humax (One) and this one (Two). The Two source is missing lots of lines. I have attached the relevant output.
Any assistance would be greatly received.

My automated recordings are not being set from my advanced list at rs.hpkg.tv. Could this be as a consequence of the 'rebuild' I undertook above?

OK, so I got:

Enter the diagnostic name (or press return to cancel): rs/sync
Are you sure you wish to run diagnostic 'rs/sync'? [Y/N] y
Running: rs/sync
/bin/sh: /mod/bin/rs: not found
/bin/sh: /mod/bin/rs: not found
/bin/sh: /mod/bin/rs: not found
/bin/sh: /mod/bin/rs: not found
/bin/sh: /mod/bin/rs: not found

And have now installed the rs package which, it appears, I forgot when I reinstalled the packages after the 'rebuild'.

Is there an automated system for recording which packages are installed and then reinstall them automagically?

Looks like it's fixed (thank you!) as it's reporting 'Last seen: 7:20 pm on Friday, 27th April 2018'. I'll set a new advanced rule to double check.
