Hi,
I'm also having problems with the Disk Utilisation / Pie Chart, on one of my HDR's If I click on the pie-chart to show disk usage, the screen is similar to below

(Web interface version: 1.0.18,Custom firmware version: 2.20, (build 1878) Humax Version: 1.03.06 (kernel HDR_1.02.20)

But on my other HDR with later settings, I get an error message as below

(Web interface version: 1.0.18, Custom firmware version: 2.23 (build 2035)
Humax Version: 1.03.12 (kernel HDR_1.02.29)



Any Ideas?

Perhaps you should upgrade the custom firmware on both boxes to one of the current supported versions, and see if you still have a problem.

Disk fault, upgrade the firmware and run the fix-disk process in maintenance mode.

That's right. You need two quick crashes (within the first minute following startup) to occur within 5 minutes of each other.

So if mine crashed as below there's no problem presumably
Humax crashed at Thu Dec 11 23:59:22 UTC 2014 - Uptime: 30149
Is there a more detailed log to say what happened that caused the crash?

Hi, was this issue resolved?

I am experiencing something similar. Humax is working as expected just getting the Disk Utilisation Error Disk UtilisationError, /media/My Video, 1642779168 /media/My Video/du: /media/My Video/usb-drive1/Sport/Women's World Cup_ Canada v China/.series: Input/output error

Tried Fix Disk from Maintenance Mode but no change.

My mistake - failed to spot the usb-drive1 part - fix disk was only run on the internal drive. Will look again.

Once I realised it was the USB drive I deleted the folder listed on the error as it wasn't needed any longer and the disk space utility is now working again.
