WEBIF failing to finish install on HD-FOX T2

Hi, I am trying to install Webif on my HD-FOX but it will not get any further than installing busybox. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what may be causing this?

****RESOLVED****** Performing a forced overwrite seemed to do the trick.
