What have I started watching?

Hi, Is there a way I can see which recordings I have started watching? I know if there is only 1 recording in a folder once I start watching it the New message disappears, however if there are multiple recordings one of which I've started watching and others not, I can't see how to work out which folders have programs I've started watching.
Similarly, if I go into a folder how can I tell which recordings I've started watching short of selecting every day?

ok, eventually found this https://hummy.tv/forum/threads/how-do-i-find-the-episode-im-currently-watching.6998/ which I think suggests I can't. I thought I also saw a post suggesting someone had found a way to see what they had been recently watching, but I can't find that now - maybe it wasn't for the 4000T.
