Where do I find Schedule Manual Watch reservation

I would be most grateful if someone can tell me where Schedule Manual Watch reservation settings are?

I want to schedule additional wake-up/sleep periods through the on-screen menus at Schedule->Manual Watch reservation.

What this refers to is just like any other manual schedule performed on the box itself in the EPG.
