makem Member Mar 28, 2014 #1 My HDR-FOX T2 is not shutting down after a scheduled recording. Some 8 hours after a scheduled recording the drive is still spinning and the unit is quite hot. The next recording is not due for a further 4 hours.

Editorial comment: "The presents of corrupted recordings…" should read "The presence of corrupted recordings…" OTOH I suppose one could look upon a corrupted recording as being an unexpected present of a rather unwelcome kind...
