I did not get the custom firmware installed message on the Webif and reinstalled it again , but, still no confirmation of the successful installation of updated firmware. I was not sure whether this because I have an earlier version already installed.

Sorry about the typing error. Been waiting for new equipment to arrive as it turned out to be a problem with the virgin router. I have a 192 IP address now showing on the Humax and can log in to the Humax on the internet. I will now follow the instructions and ultimately look to do the "fix disc"

Hi. Not surprised because obviously some problem, but, crashed again with constant reboots again. My CF version is 2.18. Is there a factory reset download for this version? Also, having trouble accessing what I have noted as my Humax IP address. Appreciate any help.

Left the box turned on and hours and hours later it suddenly rebooted correctly.
Don't know how it was suddenly OK nor why it crashed. It was just powered up as usual when that happened.
