  I agree about exploring all options. Some will assume extraction automatically, others go for pain alleviation until other measures are practicable. It depends on the dentist. I've had both.

  Using a tool which requires that much effort is a really clumsy work-around - and may require much training to get working. Any such approach is, perforce, a work-around, anyway.

  You could, obviously, use the turbine mode with axis vertical and convert the rotary motion into driving propeller shafts. I have a nagging feeling that I've seen an article about such a (real) sailing vessel - but cannot remember how the drive was organised.

  I don't think 500MB is too small (I assume you mean that, not 500Mb, really), since I was using one that size until the case broke - so then changed, for convenience of handling only.
