So I changed the multi channel to stereo and the sound returned. Whilst it was playing changed back and the sound continued. Stopped. Played again sound still present. Shall I still do the media info?
Ok. This is the only file which won't play sound. I was hoping someone else might remember this weird kind of thing. The rest tv reception is fine. This recording was made with this machine from film4. The machine is not muted.
I may have a look at the file on pc when I get home
I would recommend no airframe, cradles etc. Best and most elegant solution is this https://www.amazon.co.uk/YOSH-Magnetic-Cellphones-Samsung-Blackview-Black/dp/B01JG7ZMIW
Get a phone cover if you don't have one, place the metal thingy between your phone and cover and attach it to the air vent...
I agree. I cried for a week (could it be ten years ago?)when they stopped the app player, can't even remember what it was called, which was so easy to navigate/use.
Can I recap to see if I got this right? Put a HDD with no custom firmware on it at all in your machine. Plug the old HDD into the usb. Then just do those commands and hey presto all the CF is there with all your packages?
