My HDR is locking its self and becoming unresponsive.
I have to turn off with the switch on the back.
I'm running
Web interface version: 1.2.5-3
Custom firmware version: 3.03 (build 2368)
Humax Version: 1.02.32 (kernel HDR_CFW_3.03)
I've tried fix disk and did find and error in the LBA...
The more I test, the more sure I am that its not a disk error. If its a disk error the 'fix flag' command in WebIF does not fix it.
So it only seems to happen in very large folders so that's 239files (85GB) and 431files (237GB). I was thinking that maybe the 'de-dup' command before has not...
Hello,
I still find that auto de-dup breaks the unwatched flag, especially on large and very large folders.
Still not sure if its my disk or the fact that the folders are so large. It fixes if I use the Web-IF the fix flag.
Thanks
I keep noticing .hmt files left in folders after a file has been renamed by an auto process. I think it only happens when I watch the file and don't press stop and then its later renamed/moved.
A work around would be a sweep to remove all .hmt files on there own. Wonder whether I could do...
Will it ever be possible to have an on screen browsers with the speed of 1.02.32 with iplayer?
Either a portal fix for the old firmware or a firmware that only updated the portal and not the browser.
It gets on my nerves, I'm sure Humax would think we would be happy having it updated in line...
I'm still having problems with broken unwatched folder flag. It seems to happen on larger folder but works when I run it in WebIF. Could it be a time limit for the process to complete?
I did have a broken file which caused me problems but that's gone and it not only one folder where this is...
I've increased the logging and it seems to my untrained eye that maybe the unwatched fixer is being run on the */_duplicates folder and not in the */ folder where the recordings are been removed from.

I am sure that the reset unwatched recordings after dedup is not working.
It seems to be in the log as happening, but I still have folders where dedup breaks the flag. If I got to the WebIF and 'reset unwatched flag' it remove the flag on these folders.
I guess it must be run at the wrong...
Since custom firmware 3.00
New custom OS kernel with support for:
Large block devices;
EFI Partition tables;
Does this mean someone could try a drive larger than 2tb?
EDIT
oops wrong part of the forum, guess this question should be in the custom firmware bit...
This still doesn't seem to be working. I had one exarmple of a brocken file in a folder preventing it resetting but I managed to remove this.
But I still think this is not working. I will check as other recordings come in.
It would also make sense if you have Undelete installed to move dup's...
This seems to be working really well over all.
I would suggest that since me and others find that the selection needs inverting and we can not be sure which way around is best. A way to tell is to keep the larger bits and cut the smaller bits.
I don't think there is a channel with more ads...
Thats much better, thank you.
Is there any chance the 'fix folder flag' could be run after de-dup to stop it breaking the new recordings flag?
Thanks again
OK I tried to delete "/media/My Video/[Deleted Items]/" using the TV interface and it got stuck, so I deleted it with WebIF and its all working again:).
Thanks foir the help, gave me something to do today...

OK tried 'Remove all custom firmware packages and settings' but same thing.
I only install 'WebIF', which works. Then I install 'undelete' and the home page is gone again.
