Is there any way to change the working directory from '/video' to a sub directory ? It's would help keep the root folder and the first one you see, clean. I do use series filer but still it would be better to have new recordings hidden away a bit.
Thanks
Thanks for the auto-expire function. It makes clearing out the old shows, duplicates and such much easier. It's like all the work of keeping the disc clean has been lifted.
I'd like too see an option to choose a maximum number of files in a folder, with a preference for new or old. As this...
For me I make sure Samba is turned on in the WebIF, packages.
Then you need to map the network drive under XP, guess this might help.

Could I ask if we could move the WebIF de-dupe files to the dustbin, if you're using undelete ? Rather than moving them to a separate folder for each series selected.
It would also be nice to be able to control all sub-folders at the same time.
Anyhow thanks for all the great work.
Think we all...
Looks like series filer is not working Hairy_Mutley.
This is the log
/mod/sbin/seriesfiler: line 77: /mod/bin/busybox/sed: not found
Recently filed:
/mod/sbin/seriesfiler: line 81: /mod/bin/busybox/sed: not found
Any help would be great !
af123, Thanks for the update of WebIF.
Could you remove the conflict warning that is still preventing me using undelete and seriesfiler together.
Many thanks.
I'm still looking forward to this.
I was wondering if there would be an easy way to set the max number of episodes to keep in a folder, preferring the new.
Thanks for this, it's really coming together as a great system.
Could not the webif-auto-dedulp move duplicates into the dustbin like the auto-shrink or are they already deleted after a certain time? Guess a switch to turn on and off all the auto functions might be useful. Um and while I'm...
Would it not make sense to allow the auto functions to work on folders and their sub-folders?

Thanks. It's really coming together.
Just be nice to be able to add and remove folders for de-crypt. At the moment I've got it decrypting the lot and need to get telnet working again to make changes.
Either way I'm good, many thanks.
Sorry but a short wish list.
1. link to forum and wiki on front page of webif.
2. telnet control from webif
3. control over 'de-crypt in-place'
Many thanks.
