Get the Custom Firmware installed on (both?) -T2s and then post some .TS snips of the issue from a recorded file more accurately?

We've got a fair way through some such labelled programmes before realising we've seen it.. and only record HD satellite / Freeview so that doesn't apply (no C5 spin offs in HD and in the clear).

Or, better(imho), would be Series (aka Season) and Episode numbers in the info part of the EPG we use to set recordings. At least then one can check when the season was first broadcast!
Other broadcasters label programmes New: when they are old repeats (C5) often enough.

Call the aerial installer back under Guarantee... it was only 6 months ago.
It may only need the aerial raising up a bit to change the signal level on the Arq A frequency (maybe at the expense of one of the others, though).

Doh! Of course not. But it is sort of true when in the manual tuning sub menu, when the metering is shown. (Waning powers mean I wasn't 100% clear first time ;) ).
Used it frequently when caravanning to find the best transmitter from known frequencies with the HDR and moving the aerial...
Exactly how long ago was the new aerial and other system changes done? It may still be under guarantee? If so call the installer back to rectify the problem.
A picture of the aerial would allow comment on likely quality / gain etc.,.?
A nearby postcode would allow me the use of prediction...

Tuner offset will be well inside any Automatic Frequency Correction (AFC) circuitry within the bought-in tuner blocks that the -T2 uses. The number displayed will just be a limitation due to some lookup table within the software Humax wrote for the display of it.

Your experience and mine can and probably will differ!
I also told you why... I dislike people who selective quote me in an attempt to make some sort of 'point-scoring'.
I have no absolute faith that Q of 100% on any humax = zero (uncorrectable?) errors.
On Foxsat-HDR the Q can be less than 100 with no obvious artefacts seen.
OPs Sony was reporting received errors, but all were correctable, on a different outlet/cable.
So it is a bit of a mystery... without...
So fitting the filter (should have) ruled out 5G / 4G interference. EDIT Therefore it's probably not needed.
But you now have 80% Q rather that 100% form the other day so more errors in the received signal for whatever reason. S at 48% staying the same.
