      You are missing the point. As you cut through the power cord, it is likely that the blades of the mower and any other conductive parts can become live and lethal. The double insulation feature is completely irrelevant in this case...

      Interesting... We had a power cut during the night recently and in the morning one of my two machines was half awake, which puzzled me. I do know that one of them had an expired entry in the schedule, which nicely explains things. Unfortunately, I can't remember which machine was half...

      Solved! After loading Firefox on a third machine, which rendered correctly, I went through all the settings to see if anything was different on the rogue machine. I found Options/Content/Fonts and Colours was set to Times New Roman 20, whereas the other machines were set to Times New Roman 16...
