Yes, you're right although not everyone checks the schedule every day, setting up their schedule for the week ahead and then assuming all will be OK.
The Recording List does handle it properly, showing a conflict due to a series linked program that will be added to the schedule on the 8th day...
I hope the title says it all but I frequently come across the situation on programs that span midnight on the last day of the current schedule which have a conflict caused by a series linked program that will start after midnight and conflict with these programs.
I use Visual Schedule to...
I suppose it keeps things simple but hardly intuitive. I still think that an option to keep the input file, either by renaming it so it doesn't try to process it again or by moving to the output folder along with the CUT version (if the input and output folders are on the same drive there will...
I must admit that I read it differently assuming that the m2ts file would be processed as such and output as a cropped m2ts file but as you say it implies that the m2ts file would be converted to ts either before or during advert removal and any restoration of the input file would be as a ts...
Just to say that I've noticed that V107 produces a TS file as output from a M2TS input file.
I only noticed as I use the HDRFOX-T2 download function to transfer the files from the UK to Spain when I'm there and my usual trick of creating sidecar files to enable the download failed with the wrong...
Thanks dearleuk, I looked to see if there was an .ini file or something similar in the program folder that I could change but forgot about the Windows registry.
I've noticed that it appears to pick up open files and try to crop them. I had it pointing at the DVROnTime output folder and it tried to crop programs while they were still recording (V1.06).
I've emailed them to let them know but it's easy enough to to move the files to another directory when...
Ah, I thought that I would be able to add the episode back as a single program entry from the EPG so I was looking at trying to unset the skipped episode in the EPG as there was no entry for the skipped episode available in the Visual schedule.
I hadn't thought of taking a different approach to...
Yes, I read that as well but I've changed my mind and no longer want to skip it. There's no entry in Visual Schedule to enable me to do this.
I've removed the other programs that were conflicting with it so how can I re-insert it into the schedule?
I assumed that the EPG entry would be...
After using Visual Schedule to remove a couple of programs from the schedule I ended up with 2 entries in the EPG, highlighted in red, that I could do nothing with.
I would have expected them to return to normal entries that I could then add back into the schedule if required. Instead, when...
The cricket is definitely on Channel 5, not 5+1.
If I hover over the entry it shows the start time as 19:00 and the end time as 19:55.
All the others are shown as one hour earlier than their start time on the timeline but when you hover over them they show the correct start time.
Just noticed that the Visual Schedule is showing some programs with the correct scheduled times while others are showing as an hour before their scheduled time (see attached).

on 1 of my 5 boxes, the ability to schedule programs via the web-if without rebooting has gone. It was OK the last time I used it about a month ago (I've been at home and not needed to use the web-if to schedule programs) but now I'm away from home and it asks for a reboot when scheduling via...
I've been having a few problems with sidecar initiated from the web-if where it appears to hang.
It appears that it doesn't like an ampersand in the filename.
Not a problem now that I know what te problem is as I can just remove the ampersand before processing the video with sidecar but I...
I created a new directory and then used copy and pasted the copied file into the new directory from the web-interface.

go to the bottom and select "New Folder" and name it
tick the box to the left of the file to be copied then go to the bottom and select copy.
