The remote scheduler is worth its weight in gold and as for the search keyword option......well words fail me....being able to ask the scheduler to look for a program or new series that might be months away from broadcast is awesome !!
Ok thanks for the explanation, seeing as i don't have a laptop permanently connect to the Hummy ( or on most of the time for that matter) best i stick to connecting my ipod to the surround sound system then and getting my binoculars out each time i want to change track...........
For me i am happy with the tv on, its more about having more control about playing music and photos together, being able to pick more than one music folder to random play, create a new playlist possibly. The Humax standard interface and options are a pile of pants. All my music is on my Humax...
I realise that the way the Hummy base software is configured mean that the options available for playing music and photos are fixed. This to be honest has caused me to never use that part of the box.
However is there any way using the Webif we could open up the possibilities and tinker slightly...

Actually i relented and installed mvdisks . Can see drive and files now in webif but still not in skifta. I realise its more of a skifta user question but am i asking for something that's not possible or am i missing something? When in skifta its recognising the USB drive folder and the sub...

Humax are aware of the current issues regarding accessing the App Store on the HDR-FOX T2. We apologise for the inconvenience and are currently working to resolve this problem.
I would not know how to connect to the IP channels even if they did work....
I hope then that the TV portal Iplayer keeps working otherwise that is a major f**k you to anyone with a Humax. The portal was a major factor in why i bought it.
Has anyone read about this???

OK does not work from my laptop but does from my smartphone which is what i use anyway !!! Awesome !! Haha no more late nights complaining about not being able to get up for school the morning after!!! Am i a bad parent lol?? :frantic:
