Custom radio channels
Hi guys, Is it possible to get a custom MP3 internet radio stream onto the Humax? There is one online radio channel I like to listen to that isn't on the Humax list. I know the MP3 stream URL, but can't see how to add it with any of the added packages. Thanks.- InteraX

One thing listed there is Merlin and that finished ages ago. Same with Death in Paradise, Frozen Planet, Top Gear USA (I am sure I deleted this) & Peter Kay live at the Bolton...- InteraX

LOL. Just upgraded, backed up schedule, rescanned and restored my scheduled programs. It's looking good. One thing I have noticed is that all the old scheduled stuff that was lost on previous rescans has now come back into the schedule. I think I'll have to keep an eye on the schedule now to...- InteraX

I spend my days playing with firewalls, switches, servers & SANs. I've had problems with truncated downloads etc before that have bricked some expensive devices. Thankfully they were under support. af123: Thanks for that. At least my file matches.- InteraX

I can generate the MD5 from the file I downloaded, BUT from a security standpoint, I would want this to come from one of the people who have built the firmware image. Only then would I be happy that the file I am using is the same one they posted.- InteraX

recording schedule lost on re-scan
What I meant by that was is it possible to backup the config on the stock firmware via FTP or something and restore that.- InteraX

Guys, I've had this box for a while and I have a number of niggles, the biggest being that the recording schedule is lost anytime I perform a rescan. I know that the channel list isn't being updated overnight. I am leaving the box in standby. Should I leave it on to get the channel list updated?- InteraX
