This is outrageous - if I don't get my daily dose of 'League of Super Evil' off the i-player I get really cranky.
The delay to load the portal has be getting gradually longer over the last few days - but once the i-player was finally up and running the streaming was OK.
But now...
Ah, I see. I understand what the mod does now... sort of.
I've tended not to use the padding option because the 'HD-FOX T2 (PVR Ready) Frequently Asked Questions' PDF states:
"When Padding Times are set the recordings will not use the broadcasters signalling for the
start and end times...
Not sure if you guys take requests, but no harm in asking I suppose.
Would it be possible to produce a package which either overrides the ‘watching conflict’ warning and switches channel to the scheduled recording channel immediately, or merely automatically confirms ‘Yes’ to the question...
Read your post, went to update the Webif install only to find the auto package updater had beaten me to it.
Thanks for the heads up anyway - I wasn't aware of the renaming bug, but at least I can confirm the auto updater works fine.
:D
I can confirm that the problem is resolved. After attempting a number of copy, move, cut and delete operations to and from various folders the 'drive 1' root directory remains accessible from the Webif media browser.
Many thanks.
Thanks.
And thanks to everyone working on the modified software - it's been something of a revelation discovering what's actually hidden inside the HD Fox T2.
Jez :)
I've been having the problem of not being able to access the root directory of 'drive 1' in the webif media browser after erasing a file, or moving files from the nicesplice-magic-folders. I get a Runtime Error reading:
Runtime Error: browse.jim:305: could not read "/media/drive1/My Music"...
