Remote code for SHARP LC50CFE 510K TV
I think you're fully stuffed because, if it's like my Sharp LC49-CFE5001K, the remote is RF not IR so no universal remote will work for you. Test this by seeing if it still works when out of sight of the TV.- hdr-mark

I was fiddling around with an init.d boot-up script to automatically power on and select the correct input on my Yamaha AV receiver which is nearly working — works perfectly from the command line but not yet in the boot process. Just thought I'd post my appreciation of this fine package. The attached image shows the effect of turning the feature on with a minimum setting of 50% (inaudible on my box, even close up) on 15 Dec. From my original message: "I needed this to compile the at daemon". It's a macro processor, and was a prerequisite tool to compile the package. I'm not 100% clear on what it does, but I am 100% clear that I needed it. :D- hdr-mark

You'll find a version of GNU m4 up on hummypkg now. I needed this to compile the at daemon, and it may be useful to others for on-the-Humax compilation. I had to cross-compile this from my Linux box: when compiled on the HDR, it failed with "Stack overflow" on any type of invocation. Please...- hdr-mark

I've just had the at daemon package published to hummypkg. This is my first attempt at a package, so please do let me know if it gives any issues. This is the UNIX at command and atd daemon, which allow for scheduling of one-off commands to be run when specified. I find this useful for...- hdr-mark
