Well, well, well ,well wellwellwell...
Top work there.
Scanned the thread very briefly, got to go again now, will deal with it tomorrow.
In the meantime, will I need to update the CF itself as well, or just the two packages I am using:
CF 3.03 webif 1.2.4-8 ffmpeg 0.10...
As above: channel 20 "Drama" from the Nottingham transmitter in Kimberley.
Not BBC4.
Of the 6 multiplexes this is SDN. Also on this mux are ITV3 and 5* but not much else we use.
So, good point.
I know I've got old "Drama" and "ITV3" recordings without problem, but ITV3 has just been re-tuned...
Content Share and FTP Server are both on.
In any case, wouldn't it be all or nothing- it's just a particular set of files that won't decrypt. Is there a way of exposing all the flags involved to compare with the good files?
I did have only one other file about a year ago that had this problem...
Hi,
I don't have very much installed on two Foxes, and they are not on auto update of CF:
CF 3.03 webif 1.2.4-8 ffmpeg 0.10 autounprotect 2.0.1-1
One box has 17 folders of recordings and another 21 recordings at the top level.
A problem folder is a series recorded weekly, and so...
OK, I've tidied up the text, as it wasn't initially intended for reference.
If anyone wants to copy and paste it proper into the wiki/reference, then please do.
Well,
The general and disk diagnostics all look OK.
The USB stick to load packages was a 16GB Freecom plugged in while the box was on normally.
The PVR is the type with horizontal rear aerial sockets, 500GB, factory seal still intact, immaculate condition...
... except the usual double jump...
This error did not occur on the first install of web-if, but it did occur on the second install of web-if ,and then again on the install of auto-unprotect.
What about all the other errors, for example:
...Can't open /var/run/atd.pid to signal atd. No atd running...
Hi all.
UPDATE TO FREEZING BOX:
5 weeks later and no freezes.
To remind you I changed the motherboard.
The box already had a brand new disk and power board swap, so it's looking like the motherboard.
UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST: OFFLINE PACKAGE INSTALLATION
So I have pillaged my spare box for...
Hi,
Thanks a bundle for the bundles. Downloaded sucessfully.
OK- so is it right that I can delete those and the only effect on the user would be that they would have to start from the beginning of each recording? encsummary = zero so everything is decrypted - rather fundamental to be able to...
"Box #1 and #2 are happy and have matching older software webif 1.4.2-7 and autounprotect 2.0.2."
Just to correct this, the versions are webif 1.2.4-8 and autounprotect 2.0.1-1 in these working boxes. Fairly irrelevant.
Network not an issue. All three boxes are rarely connected. They share a...
... and is af123 around to provide the bundles?
As requested earlier I would like to be able to re-instate Box #3 and #4 to the current build, to avoid getting out of step in case of updates.
The minimum I need are the following for installing via USB stick.
webif_1.4.2-7...
Thanks. I had not seen that. An awful lot of leeway for crashes. I think most of it has been covered.
Here's the situation:
Box #1 and #2 are happy and have matching older software webif 1.4.2-7 and autounprotect 2.0.2.
I am not allowed to touch them as they work!
Box #3 has been freezing...
OK, thanks.
But on the page http://hpkg.tv/packages.html the link "package" works and provides a opk file, but the "bundle" link does nothing, I have tried Firefox an Internet Explorer....
Hi.
I tried downloading webif from
http://hpkg.tv/packages.html
However it looks like only the single"package" opk file is available. Lots or errors, looked like about 28 dependent packages missing when I tried to load from a USB stick.
Nothing happens when I click the "bundle" link on the...
