I have set to record Superman broadcast on 5USA this last Saturday 15 June at 12pm. This was a split event and I found out that when I watched the second part I was missing a big chunk from the film. As you are aware part of the Freeview agreement requires you to ensure that the flags for starting/stopping recordings are sent accurately. Please let me know how you plan on rectifying this error.
I think that if more of us contacted any of the broadcasters noncomplying we might just about bring them into the right.
