It took me quite a while to understand the reason for your post, @Black Hole . Sorry I'm quite slow on the uptake! But the reason just clicked, and I now feel quite embarrassed (but strangely, and uncharacteristically, assertive!)

I honestly wrote that text and made it bold purely as a way to ask future posters (on that subject) to use the other thread. It never occurred to me that any previous posters might interpret this as a reprimand. Please forgive my communication blunder. Quite a funny miscommunication though

It is best practice when moving a discussion elsewhere to put a signpost to it immediately (and a back reference in the first post of new thread).
