Freemake converstion tool is awesome - and its free - and it include subtitles!! Woo hoo! and I dont have to buy Kalemsoft media player!

Glad you found a free tool that does what you need I found a guide for avidemux which I used before:

Hopefully Kalemsoft will sort out DVB subtitles which will mean no conversion (I'll keep you posted or just watch the thread on Crackberry.com)

Kalemsoft updated my support ticket to say dvb subtitle support will be in future update, I'm sending some more samples for them to test
