Its that if you have previously installed the 2 series and with the custom portal software then some tidying up of the previous custom software is required, if installed over the top. Personally ideally the upgrade (oh yes this concept you have debated with me previously whether 3 is greater than 2) af123 should ideally put something in it to remove the old custom portals. Another instruction on the threads is to remove all custom firmware then upgraded this avoids this issue.
