Help - both of the USB slots have died!

The factory reset worked. All drives being read and written to, so far so good.

But kicking myself still because I forgot to backup the reservations!

Thanks to all who helped and particularly to Black Hole for his patience!
 
Presuming you have the CF installed, the schedule is backed up automatically, daily. You just have to go into the WebIF schedule page and select the backup to restore from.
