What staggers me is the bomb weighs 12 tons, and the B2 stealth 'plane can carry two of them!
I haven't done the figures to convert it to tons, but my understanding is each bomb is 30000 lb, at least that is about the heaviest figure I have seen specified for them, without going through the conversions.

So these are the US equivalent of Barnes-Wallaces Grand Slam with some extra smarts on board, and the B2 is the equivalent of a couple of Lancasters with some extra features (like GPS and in air refueling).

Aren't the kitchen / doctor's balances also measuring weight, not mass? When in balance there is an equal force (i.e. weight) either side of the balance point?
They're not measuring anything, the operator has to add or adjust weights to achieve a null. At the null point, the leverages are equivalent – and that is independent of gravity, so the result is mass.

The leverage is a result of force (weight). Would those devices work in zero gravity?
Only if they had another mass to cause some force to be generated.

But it wouldn't matter if it was on earth or the moon (whose gravity is around 1/10 of earth), it would still balance.

City centre pub [The Horn in Hand] appears to be shut a year after 'transitioning to new format'
What the hell? What does the pub self-identify as? With a name like that there's plenty of scope - all rude! Transitioning must be the wrong word.

You sure that's nothing to do with Samantha and Sven?
As far as I'm aware Clue hasn't recorded here for quite a while. The transitioning pub (mainly used by Trent Poly University students as it is opposite a main campus) is close to the theatre/concert hall complex where such a recording might take place. Perhaps they were here checking the area out. I've only ever been in the pub once and that was over 40 years ago when it was called the Spread Eagle - which also sounds like a place for Samantha if the archivist is about. Still doesn't explain how a pub can transition.

Don't think we have much to worry about with AI.
Even now, after the names of the participants in ISIHAC from Bristol have been released, an AI on one of the search engines (DuckDuckGo) states:
Search Assistant Duck.ai said:

I guess most of the rounds used a ouija board!

Admittedly I had to ask the AI a question. This is what happens when the BBC don't release the panelists names. I don't want to waste my time if Harry Enfield is on again. That's an hour I'll never get back. Just hope Ade Edmonson does a reasonable job

DuckDuckGo is presenting AI results as well? Damn, I was thinking of switching.
As fenlander says, you don't have to use it and if you have DD Go on Android, it's shown separately.

I found it very useful obtaining a Linux code to solve an Ubuntu problem after no help from various fora. I have been using the Brave browser and DD Go with Ubuntu on on my 'Phone for quite a while now, with no problems after disabling Google.

Occasionally the likes of Jet2 won't let me search, but I switch to Chromium to circumvent.

Google used to say they couldn't afford the computing power for every search to be serviced by AI, but I guess that's changed now.
