Channel 4 HD 19:00 onwards

Both return on Monday morning, albeit with a time block labelled "Unknown".

Both return in the early hours of Tuesday morning, albeit with a time block labelled "Unknown".

It's OK in the East Midlands and the West, so I guess it's probably specific to your box.
Is it OK on the on-screen EPG? If so, then it's not a Freeview problem, so this is in the wrong forum section - should be CF.
Is your EPG service still running? If not, then restart it, or reboot the machine (beware of the lag while it regenerates the database).
It may be due to corruption somehow in /mnt/hd1/dvbepg/epg.dat file, so if you can preserve that and let me have a zipped copy it may be worthy of further investigation.
Then try deleting it and reboot (you can do this from maintenance mode if you don't know how to do it manually).

FWIW I could see no gaps on my WebIF EPG received from Sandy Heath yesterday early afternoon. First time my -T2 had been powered on out of standby for a fair few days.
