I was wondering if anyone here can please help me with the following issues I am experiencing with my Humax 4000T Freeview box.
A few days ago the app for YouTube disappeared (all the usual other apps were still present and working, apart obviously from ITV X which is not supported). I didn't do anything about it in the hope that YT would reappear at some stage.
Yesterday I decided to do a factory reset of the box in the hope it would solve the issue but now another issue has appeared which is when doing a reset the Privacy Policy / Terms & Conditions page appears blank and I can't accept the terms etc. I have tried every way possible to get around this eg. skipping the step of internet connection which does let me further in to the set up of the box, I have then tried the home button on the remote, then done the internet connect (I have tried both ways of wired & wifi) then gone into the settings to access the Privacy etc page from there but it is still blank.
I have also downloaded the software for the box from your website and installed it but I already had the latest version.
The box is usuable for viewing tv channels but until I can access and accept the Privacy etc terms I cannot access any catch up services.
I am really hoping someone can help me with this! I have also emailed Humax to see what they can come back with.
