Multiple email reminders

I keep getting the same reminder for a missed recording. This is the latest which I received today at 7.16 am.

Device: humax (dc:d3:21:0a:04:db)
At least one failed recording has been detected in your
media library. The following recording(s) failed:
/QI/QI_20130412_2200

Any ideas?

I'll try a power cycle, and see if it goes away.
 
You will get a reminder each day as long as the failed recording remains on your device's disk. Remove the failed recording to stop it.
