I don't seem to be able to get any EPG information, I have tried rebooting the box, run rs/sync, fix-flash-packages, no joy anyone have any ideas please. Thanks

I take it this is on the WebIF not the box itself (SUI). Try the epgrange diagnostic.

Thank you for the reply, okay the problem is with the box, it frequently looses all the stations and requires re-tuning, any way to fix this at all.

So.... nothing to do with CF then (which was implied by the forum section you posted in)!

Well...... it still uses the CF firmware which is why I posted here, the fact that it requires 'frequent' re-tuning prompted my post, looking for any suggestions as to the cause, apart from the obvious, that being that the box has developed a fault with its tuner, but I have no idea as to how to diagnose this. So any suggestions are greatly appreciated and apologies for posting in the 'wrong' section.

One wonders what use any of those could be (apart from rebooting), if you didn't think this was to do with the CF!
The only thing which might help is the system flush (see "supporting files"), which is not a CF thing (or at least is independent of having CF installed).
Is that just losing the tuning, or triggering the installation wizard? And what does losing all the stations mean, precisely? Are they not listed on the EPG? Are they listed on the EPG but not showing any programme details? Are they listed and showing programme details but giving a blank screen if selected? What?
