No sound on SD, HD OK

My Foxsat HDR is connected by HDMI to the latest Onkyo receiver. All video plays perfectly but I only get sound from the HD channels, none of the SD channels have sound although the picture is perfect. I have tried all combinations of settings on the Onkyo to no avail.

Any thoughts?

At a guess the Onkyo amp is set to expect the digital audio only included on the HD channels. Is there an Auto or Analogue audio format setting you can try?

What format is the SD audio? Mediainfo says MPEG-1

Solved the problem by doing a factory reset and everything is working again.
