Poor Signal Quality?

SDN is 29, Arq A is 37, everything else is in between. That tells you exactly which the highest one is. Do I really need to spell out that 37 is the highest of these?
By "in between" I thought you meant signal strength since you only listed strengths for the other muxes.

I infer that yours split aerial feed goe into the 2000T, then via the rf passthrough amp ---> 5000T another RF pass amp ----> Aura... If all in same location try different combos 5000T- Aura - 2000T; Aura - 2000T -5000T to see if they (and the metering numbers) behave differently?
There's a reason for the current order, the 5000T interrupts the aerial out when coming out of standby - so has to be last. The Aura likes to crash occasionally, so can't be first. Ideally it would be 2000T, split to Aura and 5000T separately. That runs into signal problems. Replacing first split with amplifier can work, but a passive split after 2000T has caused all kinds of fun in the past (tuners appearing to interfere with each other etc.)
At the moment the quality on each device is okay at 100% - excluding Local. I don't want to interfere with a working configuration until it inevitably goes wrong.

Anyway, channel 37 is not high in the grand scheme of things. Pre DSO I had a mux on 67 at my house and that really is difficult to receive if there is any water penetration or your cables are poor. It's one of the reasons I went for an aerial in the loft, that and no gable end or chimney to put one on.

Even worse, it wasn't right, with the wrong strengths. Sky News is in ArqA, Sky News is transmitted on UHF 37. If only my crib sheet next to the TV hadn't been wrong!

I seemed to be having problems with ITV4 just in time for SA v Eng rugby. Blank screen but occasional flicker of sound. Can't see any other channels effected. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

This is a known problem with no solution. We are waiting to see if the promised update arrives and solves it.
This problem has occurred at some point on many of the channels on one multiplex. At the moment I get it on Film4 and ITV4 on random days usually around 4-6pm - ish.
