Check:
LNB setting is correct for single cable use.
That the EPG is full for all channels after a suitable wait from selecting <Guide>
That Signal Diagnostics show sensible numbers for S and Q on both tuners - particularly when tuned to LCN 999 the home transponder. (and one from each of the 4 bands Lo H, Lo V, Hi H and Hi V; home Tp is Lo H).
0 size recordings are an indication of failed due to an EPG change, thus no AR signal received as it never got broadcast, I think (my last was Reuben Owen on C5HD this week).
Are you running the CF on this box?
More precision on the channel that you have set (and it's band) may be helpful (and Location = Region / Nation set by your postcode can matter as to which Tp is tuned to; ergo which LNB band). Are you actively watching said channel? Or a recording when this happens? Or is the PVR in standby?
I get regular clash warnings when slight AR overlaps occur. Mostly ignoring them (exit to clear the warning box) is fine and the Foxsat sorts it all out --- but I have two LNB feeds so am not limited to one LNB band to record from.
