Remote Problems

The Remote fails to work. I've done a hard reset changed the batteries & I've got 2 other remotes as well. Any ideas?

Which device button at the top of the remote lights up when you press a button?

The PVR button glows Red quite nicely.
I switched off the box for a time last night & when powered back up the box worked for a brief period of about 2 mins.
