Search button not working

I just bought a new Aura EZ and the search button on the remote doesn't seem to do anything. I think I've seen that this is a known bug. Can anyone confirm? Is there a work around? It's frustrating because I can't work out how to search the EPG.

I am not sure anyone here is foolish enough to own an EZ but you might get lucky and find someone who learnt something from it before returning it for a refund.

A 27 page thread on the EZ and I doubt you will be able to find a single positive comment on the EZ contained in it.
 
Ok, well the last post on that thread seems to be a year old, and the thread seems to be discussing whether it existed (then). It certainly exists now, and the cordbusters link seems positive. Can't see any mention of anyone returning it, but thanks for the heads up. I'll see if I get any other responses
