Subtitles Ch5 (freesat)

Watching a few recordings from C5 recently we've been plagued with the second or first line of 2 line subtitles being 90% missing (and greyed I think).

This is using a new Arris box not a Humax but seems to be only a C5 issue, so I wondered if other people had noticed it on other freesat, or even Freeview, boxes.
