Im not sure what Vanilla tuning is. is it a complete auto tune.

Yes. Vanilla = plain, unadulterated.

I have done this on both machines but copied over the tunefix data after the tuning.

Were the machines identical after the full retune?
Are your earlier screen shots after the full retune?
Does Bristol TV exist on any channel on the second box? what number?

Channel 7 should be Bristol TV but is instead BBC News HD

I would suspect the local mux. isn't even tuned on that box.

sorry not getting back to you over any advice been a very hetic week.
I have curried the problem by doing the following
Uninsatlled tunefix and tunfix update, reboot
Did a complete full auto retune, reboot
Reinstalled tunefix and tunfix update, reboot
Look at tunfix settings found that the copied settin gs from before were allready there,
carried out a few minor adjustment eg removed adult channels on both machines rebooted both machines.
Checked both epg and found both epgs were identical and adult channels were removed.
