I've just uploaded a minor update to the settings page that hides fields that make no sense based on the selected number of days. The list of options has also been moved to /mod/webif/plugin/undelete/user.conf which will be preserved on any future upgrades so if you really want to edit it to add the 0 days option then you can (although the OP's solution is still a legitimate way to do this!)
